Terms of Service

1. Reservations and Bookings
By making a reservation, you agree to provide accurate booking information. False names or duplicate bookings may result in cancellation without notice.
2. Payment Methods and Currency
We accept payments in USD ($) and EUR (€). Supported methods:
- Pay on Arrival: Cash to our representative on pickup morning.
- Credit/Debit Card: Processed online during checkout.
- PayPal: Authorized online during checkout.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure via WhatsApp. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the excursion fee.
4. Pickup and Timing
Be at your hotel main gate at least 10 minutes before pickup. Drivers cannot wait more than 15 minutes past scheduled time.
5. Safety and Liability
Follow all safety instructions from guides. Zolaria Hurghada Tours is not liable for injuries from customer negligence or failure to comply with guide directives.
